The Marketing Manager will establish a business to business Service Center to provide franchisees and International company stores with critical Marketing elements. The Marking Manager is responsible for marketing planning to support International expansion and will serve in an advisory and approval role- implementation will be in the hands of the franchise partners and store managers. 
This role will lead the efforts in publishing and maintaining an International marketing manual. He or she will also be responsible to incubate and pilot innovative marketing ideas to drive traffic, sales and lead growth initiatives/launches.

Advise franchise partners and International Store Managers on Marketing initiatives and provide seasonal marketing guidelines Provides all necessary tools to partners and franchisees to execute strategic initiatives, and communicates regional results and best-practices to Home office and Franchises. Oversees execution of marketing activities and initiatives including budgets, media plans, events, celebrity, PR, etc., and provides support and guidance where needed, ensuring plans align with sales, and brand objectives. Consult with Express's legal and marketing personnel for approval.

Publish and maintain marketing manual that includes such topics as launch format, packaging, business cards and stationary, public relations guidelines, media placement guidelines, event guidelines, media contact guidelines, etc.

Manage coordination and implementation of calendar promotions (floor sets, price features, etc.) to support field and achieve sales goals. Analyze and report the results of promotional events each period per key metrics. Compiles, creates, and distributes regular Marketing reports to senior management, and the other way, communicating regional results and best-practices to regional partners, encouraging innovation and constant improvement. Coordinate the acquisition or production of creative resources for field teams and franchises.

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent MBA/Masters a plus 5-7 years of retail marketing or related field experience Experience working in a fast-paced retail environment a must Passion for retail and apparel High energy, versatile and self-directed with consistent attention to detail. Proven strategic thinking and strong analytical skills; financial budgeting Marketing planning experience a must. Agency management and media planning an asset Experience working with cross- functional departments Strong communication and process skills Ability to navigate an organization and build consensus at all levels of management Spanish, Arabic or Chinese language a plus 
Travel Requirements Up to 4 international trips per year; each trip can be 1 - 2 weeks in duration. (up to 15%)
