This well regarded real estate company is looking for a legal counsel to join their expanding legal team.

The candidate that secures this role will be responsible for the following:
- Oversight of the entire legal program for the business with reporting lines to the CEO and head of legal.
- Advising the company on their Private partnership Projects including bid procurement, clarification and evaluation, interpretation of statute, and review of the PPP Projects
- Looking over all contractual matters involving negotiating and drafting agreements for the private partnership projects
- Provide legal advice to the business on legal matters on ad hoc projects.
