Legal Services Client Support Executive

£14,000 - £16,000 per annum

Our Client, a leading firm within their industry, is looking to recruit a Legal Services Client Support Executive to join their already established team building and developing relationships with Estate Agents, Conveyancers, Clients and Customers.

Working within an open plan, contact centre environment you will be based within a small team of Client Support Agents where your role will be to take inbound calls and enquiries in order to ensure the “Lead Portal” remains in full use and is working to its maximum potential on behalf of the clients and suppliers. You will also provide additional all round support within the department covering the areas and tasks detailed below:

Working within a busy customer service role you will be responsible for:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with relevant parties, in solicitor and Conveyancing firms.
• Conduct training of new solicitors and conveyancers with regard to systems and processes within the business.
• Taking inbound calls and managing email inbox queries from Conveyancers, Solicitors and Third Parties along with internal colleagues and departments.
• Accurately deal with queries, complaints and questions regarding the business systems, processes and services in a timely fashion.
• Provide training to new and existing agencies where required on the company’s external websites and identify any training needs from existing users.
• Provide support to the agency team as and where necessary.
• Effectively handle and resolve all front line enquiries with regard to services.
• Liaise with suppliers on a daily basis to ensure SLA’s are met.
• Responsible for providing additional information and confidential updates as and where necessary.
• Handle and investigate any queries with regard to Solicitor and Conveyancer performance.
• Responsible for any changes and amendments relating to Solicitor and Supplier Panels.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints and escalate to the Team Leader where necessary.
• Deliver complete, accurate, new business set ups in a timely manner.
• Organise and maintain the existing agent databases to include individual agent users, entities and brands.
• Take responsibility for managing invoicing through the system.
• Monitor and manage the performance of Solicitors and Conveyancers.
• Assist Team Leader with ad-hoc tasks and projects as and when required.

Responsibilities:
• To display a confident and professional telephone manner at all times.
• Provide a first-class front line client support to Solicitors and Conveyancers.
• Develop effective business relationships and proactively manage key agent accounts.
