Pricing & Reporting Financial Analyst

A leading payments business are currently looking for a pricing and reporting analyst to join their Finance team. This business are extremely established and are recognised all over the world. 

Pricing responsibilities include:
• Working closely with the regions, produce financial business cases for pricing changes.
• Present accurate, timely and consistent business cases for approval, ensuring rationale that is clear and ensuring supplementary information is complete.
• Track and report on business case performance post-implementation of pricing changes.
• Provide financial modelling and planning support as required in relation to new product and channel development initiatives and ad-hoc projects.
• Monitor and track foreign currencies and FX margins highlighting changes required to line manager.

Reporting responsibilities include:
• Challenge the BU in their thinking and direction and become a trusted business partner. 
• Develop a suite of standard KPIs and reports that are largely self-service across the business, ensuring that key management information is in the hands of the users in a timely fashion, and that regional and global consistency of approach is ruthlessly applied;
• Assess internal/external factors that may influence customer usage and key metrics, particularly regarding the competitive landscape;
• Analyze report impact of strategic initiatives (particularly channel and product investments) to ensure that lessons are adequately learned and results systematically captured;
• Provide performance measurement and insight into key business drivers;

Successful candidates will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified (or equivalent) with current experience in pricing. You will be from either a Financial Services or Commerce and Industry company with a strong finance background. If you do not have evident pricing experience on your CV, you will not be considered for this role.
