Our client is a European and US listed manufacturer and retailer of brand products. Its business in Asia Pac has grown exponentially and so it now seeks to hire a Legal Director to assume responsibility for ensuring the efficient and effective management of all legal matters and risks. The candidate will be responsible for providing effective strategy, leadership, guidance, advice and support to the regional Executive team in partnership with the Global General Counsel. You will need a minimum of 10 years’ pqe with experience in both an international firm and in house with an MNC. Commercial experience is required and some exposure to real estate matters would be helpful. Fluent Mandarin (spoken only) and English required.
