An excellent opportunity for an experienced Legal Professional with a strong track record in to coordinating with internal and external resources on documentation negotiations through to completion. The product documentation in question sits with Securities and Funds Services business including custody, ETFs, Trustee, Mutual Funds, Hedge Funds business and previous experience in these areas is required.
To be considered for this position the successful individual will have:
Have experience in drafting documents/agreements and negotiations and be familiar with bank’s account and product documentation. Candidates are also required to have preferably 3 years experience working with customers internal and external
