Legal Officer recruitment
Responsibilities:
- To advise on, negotiate, draft, update review various types of agreements other legal documents such as loan documents, guarantees etc.
- To liaise with external lawyers for conveyancing matter
- To perform legal research, analyse legal issues and provide updates on any relevant changes in applicable laws and regulations
- Provide legal advice and support to business and operational functions. Periodic review of bank standard document. Advise impact of regulatory changes.
Requirements:
- At least two (2) years of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably with work experience in the banking sector or equivalent.
- Bachelor Degree in Law from a recognized University.
- Familiar with the Banking Act and MAS policies.
- Meticulous, with ability to multi-task.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Singaporeans/ Singapore PRs preferred
