Legal Recruiter Job in Dallas 75201, Texas US
Amicus Search Group, consistently ranked as Texas' most profitable legal-only placement firm, desires to add at least one recruiter for contract legal placement and permanent legal placement for its Dallas office. Although prior recruiting experience is welcome, we are more interested in the caliber of the individual, the intellectual ability to understand a highly complex and constantly evolving industry, and a proven record of success in a high-end sales environment. While many of our recruiters are formerly practicing attorneys, that is not a prerequisite for this position. In fact, many successful recruiters have NOT practiced law.
This position will involve the direct solicitation of candidates for Amicus' existing private law firm and in-house corporate legal department clients. Thus, we require stamina, a strong work ethic, a willingness to adapt and learn, proven teamwork and a desire to work with our existing team members, and a fearlessness when it comes to soliciting candidates. The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable calling on new potential clients for whom we don't already have an ongoing relationship.
The ideal candidate will possess a 4-year degree from a known university or college and a minimum of 3 years experience in a sales, recruiting, or marketing career.
