Supporting a Principal and two solicitors in the business structuring and succession group, this is a terrific role for an intermediate level Legal Secretary (2 years+).
This role involves a high level of client contact, and requires an experienced Legal Secretary with polished and confident communication skills.
You will be responsible for:
- Diary management
- Organising registration for seminars and events
- Client Liaison
- Dictation
- Drafting, editing and formatting a range of correspondence and legal documents
- Attending to telephone queries from clients
- Billing, including attending to billing related queries
- General administration, filing, faxing etc
To be considered for this opportunity, you will need to meet the following:
- A minimum of 2 years' recent experience as a Legal Secretary
- Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 70wpm, with 95% accuracy)
- Advanced computer skills, including Word
- Previous billing experience
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Flexible, adaptable and can do attitude
- Strong attention to detail
- Pro-active approach
- Can manage deadlines
