LEI Specialist recruitment
A number of opportunities have arisen for regulatory specialist Project/Change managers, in particular with an in depth understanding of the impact of LEI changes.
The role will consist of (but not be limited to) business analysis and requirements gathering, data analysis and defining the strategy, resourcing and planning for UAT, migration, training and implementation of the regulatory requirements.
Experience Required
- A detailed understanding of the different phases of a project and software development lifecycle
- Proven business and data analysis experience, including process mapping, hosting requirement workshops / interview sessions
- Business requirement definition using a variety of documentation and communication methods
- Experience in planning and executing the delivery of UAT, data migration, training and implementation workstreams within a project
- Excellent business writing skills demonstrated in documenting standard project deliverables such as Business Requirements, Test Strategy, Project Plans, Requirements Traceability Matrices etc in order to achieve sign-off from the business
- A sound understanding of all the activities required to complete UAT: mapping of business requirements to test conditions, creation of test cases, defining entry and exit points from each phase, defining downstream system testing dependencies
- Experienced in co-ordinating global cross-divisional stakeholders to complete required milestones in line with the project plan
- An excellent understanding of project management techniques

- Effective at communicating clearly via e-mails, telephone and in meetings.
- Good attention to detail – precise, especially in the creation of project documentation
- Highly analytical and methodological approach to problem solving
- Very well organised - able to manage multiple activities effectively
- Ability to effectively plan and prioritise to define and meet deadlines
- A “can do” attitude – willingness to accept challenges and solve problems.
- Ability to identify, appropriately escalate issues and risks and consider solutions
- Must be able to work effectively either independently and as a team member
- Able to work the long hours when required to deliver a project on time
- Friendly, calm and pro-active attitude
