Our Client is a Municipality located in North Sydney

Job Description

You will the first point of contact for all IT related queries. Responsibility will be taken for the case and you will see it out until full resolution is achieved. You will be providing a mixture of 1st and 2nd Level support. The support provided will encompass phone, e-mail and face to face support.

The Successful Applicant

The Successful Applicant will have

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Great team-work experience
  • Experience working with MS Office, Outlook 2007/10, Server 2003/08, Windows XP/7
