Liaison Manager
My client is a not for profit organisation that works in partnership with the NHS. The rate of success and career progression within the organisation for the permanent staff is common, which indicates there are opportunities always round the corner for the right hard working person.
An interesting project has presented us with the task of recruiting for two team managers to utilise their skills working in an extremely fast paced environment where the service user is at the heart of the operation. This is a varied role and it requires someone with superb organisational skills, the ability to prioritise at all times and staff management experience is essential. The right candidate will be responsible for performance management of the crew and will have to ensure service levels are at their best and to implement new innovative ways to improve efficiency. Additionally you will be required to prepare reports by collating data to support forward planning. The Manager will also be expected to attend meetings around the Peterborough area.
In order to be considered for the job the right candidate will have;
· Minimum of year supervisory experience
· Clean driving licence
· Experience of managing a team
· Excellent communication skills
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· You will be comfortable with making high level decisions autonomously
Desirable
· Management qualification or C1 driving license
· Experience of undertaking audits
