Department:              All Wakefield Client Services Teams

 

 

Main Purpose of Position:

 

Working as part of the sales based team, you will be responsible for all client library maintenance, KPI reports, stock control and stock trafficking as well as processing library orders and other key accountabilities

 

 

·         Provide accurate weekly KPI’s on time

·         Effective liaison with production and client services ensuring all stock related queries are resolved in a timely manner

·         Daily trafficking of stock to library, order fulfilment and disposals.

·         Provide accurate stock reporting to the account teams for onward actions

·         Serve as a conduit between Sales, Libraries and despatch on all library and stock related matters.

·         QC all pre-despatches

·         Oversee the QC new and refit packs

·         Manage library action plan.

·         Provide disposal requests for items with either no movement and/or out of date styles

·         Consideration of better working methods and to maintain existing quality procedures

·         Maintain accurate filing and administration systems

·         Produce and supply accurate reports on time as necessary

·         Support, cover and deputise for other colleagues as required.

·         Cover Action line telephones when necessary over busy periods.
