Join our team as a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant! Our clinic is staffed by PTs, PTAs, OT, SLP and support staff. The clinic includes aquatic, osteoporosis, fall prevention, balance and arthritic programs. In addition to these programs, we also provide services to inpatients and swing bed patients, as well as, a satellite clinic 8 miles away in Monmouth.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate of a physical therapy assistant training program approved by the Committee on Accreditation in Education of the American Physical Therapy Association
- Must have a valid license from the state of Oregon to practice physical therapy as an assistant prior to date of hire.
- Requires a current BLS CPR Certification or the ability to obtain. Acceptable certification must include Adult, Infant and Child. Upon hire, if you do not hold current certification, you must enroll in an upcoming CPR course through the Salem Hospital Education Services Department, or an external course.
Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:
- Able to perform minimum to heavy physical work occasionally.
- Able to transfer 75 pounds and lift 50 pounds unaided using appropriate body mechanics.
