A Physical Therapist demonstrates essential skill in the use of treatment modalities, equipment and protocols. Performs reassessments according to state and facility guidelines, adjusting treatment plan accordingly. Adheres to department policy regarding time frame, appropriate form and content of written rehabilitation documentation. Communicates effectively with patients, family, medical staff, care team members, students, supervisors and outside contacts. Completes all administrative and other responsibilites in support of the operating unit. ** Position Details: We are looking for a PRN LPTA to cover at Inova Loudoun Nursing and Rehabilitation Center-will include weekends.
