Line Cook Opportunity
Highland Springs, an Erickson Living community, located in the North Dallas area is currently looking for a Line Cook to join our Dining Services team in providing an exceptional dining experience for our residents and guestsin delivering quality service and high satisfaction. The Line Cook will be a part of a 20+ dining services culinary team in serving more than 540+ residents and growing.
Thesuccessful candidate will be responsible forall meal service food production of hot and cold food items, preparation and baking details for all meal service times, catering and other special functions. The ability to initiate and implement necessary meal plansby completing daily production schedules, the ability to oversee production and maintaina positive relationship with staff, residents and guests is key to our success as a team. The Line Cook also maintains dining areas and kitchen sanitation requirements in assisting with post shift breakdown and cleaning process.
We prefer a candidatewho has more than three (3) years of high volume cooking experience in a kitchen environment. High School Diploma or G.E.D. required. Serve Safe Certification required.
