Liquidity SolutionsThe Liquidity Solutions team has responsibility for all liquidity management and cash investment products and revenues for the clients of the Treasury
Services.
Client Solutions Managers work in partnership with the TS Sales Relationship organisations to structure cash deposit, concentration, pooling and investment solutions for their clients.
The Europe, Middle East and Africa team is responsible for a book of over $ 160 Bn in multi-currency client balances; $ 100 Bn in on-balance sheet deposits and $60 bn in off-balance sheet investments.
Client Solutions TeamThe Client Solutions team is organised into industry-aligned groups covering Financial Institutions (FIs - including Non-Bank financial institutions) and Corporates.

The Client Solutions Manager will be responsible for and will have extensive previous experience in the following areas:
ResponsibilitiesPartnering with Sales and Relationship Management functions to drive Liquidity opportunities for existing products and products under developmentWork with clients to determine liquidity cash management challenges and then create effective solutions utilising global product capabilitiesManagement, maintenance and growth of portfolio balances and revenuesManage deal flow/pipeline, keeping LOB partners apprised of performance vs plan, initiatives, portfolio growth etc.Keep abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes and buying behaviour patternsAct as voice of the client into Product Management developing growth strategies for covered markets, identifying product gaps and driving future product development agendaCoordination and leadership of Liquidity Solutions client events

Qualifications
Your BackgroundEMEA cash management and liquidity experience (including, sweeping, notional pooling, investments, etc.)Experience in covering FIs and CorporatesClient-facing sales or advisory experienceDemonstrable liquidity product and/or cash management expertise, preferably working with FI clientsProven sales, relationship or business management experience. You must be able to demonstrate experience in direct execution of client deals and complex solutions, including defining and matching client requirements to appropriate product and pricing strategiesProven experience with deal-flow management and progress reportingExtensive experience of management, maintenance
and growth of portfolio balances and revenuesExperience of partnering with other product companies to construct integrated solutions for the segmentExtensive experience of working with Product Management and Finance functions to ensure integrity of revenuesTrack record of identifying product gaps and representing client requirements to assist in prioritizing product developmentDemonstrable effective communication, presentation and influencing skillsExperience of
analyzing complex information from variety of sourcesEvidencable strategic thinking ability and successful outcomes of motivating and driving tactical execution
Education:Undergraduate degree required;
MBA, Accounting, Treasury, Securities or Investment business qualifications preferredHaving, or ability to get FSA CF30 (Securities and Financial Derivatives) Approved Person status (UK)
