Liquidity Transfer Pricing Data Analyst recruitment
Responsibilities:
1.Tactical re-segmentation of Group Segments into Wholesale structure
• Populate all new segments from data sources
• Reconcile old and new segmented data
• Collate financial data applicable for new segmentation in line with calculation principles
• Discuss the rationale for the new segmentation with all stakeholders and obtain their approval
• Maintain master documentation showing how all existing LTP segments map into new WBM segmentation
• Point of contact and co-ordination for stakeholders
• Review and challenge of inputs
2.Phase 2 re-segmentation
• Liaise with Wholesale finance stakeholders to create new segments consistent with WMTT business activities
• Establish documentation to support assumptions relating to new segments, including behavioral lives and ILAS categories
• Set up ledger postings and a permanent structure for new segmentation
• Calculate effect on charge / benefit arising from new segmentation
3.Monthly LTP Process
• Assist in the running the monthly LTP process including:
• Allocating balances to LTP segments
• Reviewing LTP segmentation for issues and errors
• Highlighting issues with LTP charge
4.Financial analysis
• Support the establishment of a standardised MI suite to support new LTP segmentation
• Identify and report on drivers of LTP charge
• Report on LTP movements to stakeholders
Support the Balance Sheet Team in provision of data, production of analysis and review of MI
Experience:
Comfortable working with large data sets with good attention to detail
Excellent working knowledge of Excel
Preferably a finance qualification
Familiarity with funding concepts and terminology an advantage
