Loan Administrator I

Responsibilities

Process all modifications, extensions, renewals - Review the loan modification forms for proper loan terms and conditions, management approvals and forward to the appropriate officer. Upon return, verifies all documentation and completes forms internally required by Commercial Loan Operations.

Complete Managed Assets transfer process - Ensures the account relationship is assigned to the appropriate workout officer based on the recommendation from Business Credit Services, Collections and the branch system by using the appropriate banking systems. Handles migrations of the entire banking relationship from Managed Assets to the appropriate business line.

Information Verification/Quality Control -Reviews all loan collection data to confirm all transactions have been properly applied. Maintain log of all payments and credit/legal files to ensure proper tracking and an audit trail.

Financial Transactions (payments, invoices, overdrafts) - Process all Managed Assets payments and invoices and send to the appropriate business line for posting. Prepares overdraft reports for review and decision by the loan officer.

Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication

Ability to effectively interact with internal and external customers

Attention to detail

Knowledge of banking systems

Proficient MS Office (Excel, Word, Access)

Effective time management skills

Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Must possess good judgment and decision-making skills

Hours and Work Schedule

Hours per Week: 40
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
