Senior Development Manager
Senior messaging/integration professional who will work as part of the FM Integration team. The team is responsible for full lifecycle delivery and support of integration solutions in a SOA/ Enterprise Service Bus environment. The position requires an experienced Software engineer with a background in Service Oriented Architecture and Enterprise Service Bus concepts
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver and maintain Integration and Messaging projects and platforms
- Support and manage prioritization of enhancements with key stakeholders
- Provides design directions to messaging bus to ensure high-quality solutions and consistent deliverables to support the FM architecture
- Participates in all design sessions and provides technical leadership (including technical decisions, technology recommendations, defining standards, leading POCs, and mentoring developers).
- Work with project sponsors during the project planning phase to understand the requirements in order to define a solution design that meets the business and technical needs
- Perform technical analysis for the solution build-out and future enhancements
- Understand and analyze in detail business requirements
- Work with other project managers and other team members to plan, develop, test, support and deliver projects.
- Drive for continuous improvement in term of efficiency and cost
- Mentor and develop skills of other members of the team.

SKILLS QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 8 years of project management experience focusing on software development
- Product knowledge and industry experience in developing and supporting financial market systems
- Solid development experience related to financial market systems
- Global markets knowledge
- Good communication, problem resolution, good judgment, presentation and decision making skills
- Self-motivated and results driven
- Good relationship management
- Excellent Project Management
- Strong J2EE development experience, including JSP, Servlet, EJB
- Strong database development experience, preferable Oracle
- Strong experience working with Spring, Hibernate, SOA, ESB, pub/sub and Integration pattern
- Experience with large-scale data and application integration architecture and technology (ESB, publish/subscribe)
- Experience working with overseas implementation teams
- Experience leading the team to follow a typical SDLC
- Expertise in Integration and Business Process Management preferred
