The Role
As the Structured Finance Asia pacific Assistant Vice President, you will manage the existing agency portfolio in the Structured Finance Asia Pacific Department with specific coverage on transactions operated under Australia time zone, together with other non-Australian time zone transactions.
Responsibilities include Coordinating requests between Borrowers and Lenders. Liaise with legal counsels, technical consultants and independent engineers. Review of financial models of structured finance transactions. Review new draft loan documents on agency matters. Manage loan draw downs and ensure conditions precedents satisfaction. Loan administration of existing portfolio. Construct SWIFT payments and able to troubleshoot delinquent SWIFT payments. Monitoring of information and financial covenants.
Your Profile
You should have at least 5 years' working experience, preferred with experience in agency work. Credit analysis skills preferred. The candidate must be prepared to commence work at 6 am SNG time on a need-to~basis to co-ordinate and manage fund movements. When such occasion arises, the standard working hours for that day can be adjusted accordingly.
