Our Loan Closers are dedicated to providing world class service that will maintain and grow a customer's relationship with Chase. As a Mortgage Loan Closer, you will prepare closing documents for mortgage home loans, which include reviewing files to ensure compliance with Chase and federal guidelines, performing loan data entry, preparing the loan file for submission to funding and perform post closing functions. Additionally, you will communicate with the customers regarding closing information, issues, or answering questions. Work with title companies to ensure adherence to Chase mortgage policies and procedures, and review HUD 1 settlement statements for accuracy before funding. Responsible for funding of all loans, including wire transfers. - Minimum of two years experience in mortgage/escrow/title company/real estate environment - Must be familiar with mortgage loan documents. - Must have demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Excellent organizational and multi-tasking experience in a fast pace environment ***** This is a 2nd shift position: Monday - Friday, 3PM - 11:30PM *****
