Loan Officer- Inside Sales (Reverse Mortgage) Job in Timonium 21093, Maryland Us

Our ideal team member has prior experience in finance, mortgage or an insurance call center environment.  If you have the desire to earn a six-figure income and have a passion for helping seniors reach their financial goals, we have an immediate need for you in our Timonium, MD location.

This position will begin earning a 3-month forgivable draw (upon passing a National and State Loan Originator exam).  After passing the exams and becoming licensed, you will be paid a base salary plus commission.  The average Inside Sales Loan Officer earns $55,000 - $90,000/year.  A top producer will earn $115,000 - $160,000/year.

*THIS IS A SALES POSITION.  COMPENSATION IS BASED HEAVILY ON COMMISSION FOR CLOSING LOANS.

Your daily activities will include advising seniors on how our financial products may meet their financial needs, building a professional referral network, along with great follow up on leads to increase your business. 

Responsibilities:

·         Demonstrated ability to fund a minimum of 3 Reverse Mortgage loans per month.

·         Producing high quality loans which meet Reverse Mortgage guidelines while providing superior customer service.

·         Developing and maintaining brand awareness for the Company.

·         Management and accountability for sales production goals.

·         Adherence to "best practices" as defined by the Company.

·         Adherence to the Performance Management Program for Reverse Mortgage Consultants.

·         Uphold the professionalism, integrity and trust of the Company's corporate code of conduct.

·         Manage your personal pipeline.

·         Strict adherence to the sales processes and policies and procedures defined by the Company.

·         Problem resolution as it relates to the closing and funding of loans.

Requirements:

·         Any sales background (Auto, Insurance, Credit card, Large Mortgage call centers, Cable Sales).

·         Experience with Reverse Mortgage sales preferred; but not necessary.

·         Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Must be comfortable working with telephone sales as leads are provided by company as live transfers.

·         Demonstrated computer and technology proficiency, and experience with contact management software is essential.

·         A highly professional attitude with strong work ethics.

·         Active Mortgage Originator License preferred;  but not necessary - we will train.
