Our Global Finance teams offer a variety of services. We offer specialist advice in providing issuer clients with capital raising solutions across the debt to equity spectrum. We provide our issuer clients (corporate, financial institutions, public sector) with capital raising solutions across the debt to equity spectrum, along with structured financing and FX and interest rate hedging. Developing tailor-made products and providing strategic advice based on our worldwide expertise and in-depth sector knowledge, we meet our clients’ financing needs.
The Global Finance division is a top player across euro debt capital markets and a leader in French equity capital markets with a European reach. We are a worldwide leader in export, project, and natural resources energy finance. We also have global expertise in areas such as infrastructure asset based finance, media telecom finance, strategic acquisition finance, and real estate lodging finance.
Summary
These are EMEA loans marketed to a wide group of international investors (banks and funds) The intern will report to the manager who heads up the team
Main responsibilities
- Support sales on new deal syndication:
- building liquidity analysis
- invitation process + info sharing with invesors including management of debt domain / intralinks access
- coordinating status reports
- permanent supervsion process
- Coordinating KYC and other account set-up requirements for new investors
- Liaise with trading teams identifying assets to sell.
- Responsible for maintaining comparables and pricing databases and updating market slides data.
- Marketing Support tasks : investor mapping and feedback reports, pitch books

CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education
- master in finance, engineering or business studies
Past experience
- Experience within Financial Institutions gained through previous internships / work experience is highly desirable.
Languages
- fluent English
- Second language a plus
Technical skills
- Proven analytical, computer and interpersonal skills as well as exceptional writing, communication and presentation skills are required.
- It will involve working in a fast paced and demanding environment. It requires an individual who has a strong interest and understanding of financial markets.
