Robert Half are representing a City based Corporate Banking organisaton to hire someone with previous experience within Loans Administration, to work within a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract. There is a definite chance at the end of the contract for the role to go permanent too.

The Role

Robert Half are representing a City based Corporate Banking organisaton to hire someone with previous experience within Loans Administration, to work within a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract. The role covers all aspects of operations back-office recruitment relating to Loans Administration for both Bilateral Syndication loans. Previous Operations experience is essential for this role, as well been able to start asap i.e. immediately, or on a 1- week notice period. Area of Responsibility ·? Manage and control the operations of Bilateral Syndication loans ·? Manage the agency function of syndicated loans ·? Manage release of new derivative facility, margin creation / margin call for SME PB clients·? Manage the operation of Treasury Inter-bank Borrowing for drawdown, interest/ instalment servicing etc ·? Manage the SOX, internal/external audit and liaise with internal and external customers, auditors and service providers for efficient operation of the unit·? Coordinate with COPS and other off-shore service providers for efficient operation of the dept. ·? Assist as back-up in day to day operations of Trade Finance transaction including invoice discounting·? Manage KYC/AML for opening of new account·? Writing process note for above products, managing operational risk and handling MIS related to corporate operations

Salary Benefits
