Our client is looking to secure a candidate into their Global Loans Business Change
Management team as a Project Manager/Senior Business Analyst. The role will consist
of managing individual project work-streams and activities will include requirements
gathering, data analysis, defining overall strategy/approach/plan for UAT and defining
and performing UAT preparation activities. The successful candidate will also be
expected to co-ordinate business owners and downstream users and to complete
assigned user acceptance testing, migration planning, training and implementation
support. Additionally the role will support the Programme/Senior Project Manager
in project planning, initiation, tracking and delivery activities and supporting other
work-streams where necessary. To apply for this role you will need proven business
analysis, migration and UAT delivery experience gained across a number of IT/business
change projects. Also, experience of documenting project deliverables such as business
requirements, test strategy, project plans and requirements traceability matrices, in order
to achieve sign-off from the business. Knowledge of Loans products and ACBS would
be a distinct advantage.
