Loans
Investment Bank in the City are looking for a Loans Analyst to join their team for a temp role within their syndicated loans team.
The responsibilities will be as follows;
Review Documentation
· Operational mechanics of the deal structure
· Agency provisions i.e. duties, rights, obligations and protections
· Provision of information
Act as conduit for information flow between borrower and lender
· Financial covenant compliance and adherence to other key covenants
· Provision of annual reports and other information
· Certificates of no default
Monitoring of drawdown requests (loan, guarantee L/C), repayment advices
· Check that in notice accordance with documentation
· Advise parties accordingly
· Process rollovers
Rate Fixings
· Setting of rates as detailed in loan agreements
· Advise parties accordingly
Payment Instructions
· Completion, authorisation and reconciliation
Candidates will need a background in Loans administration, and be familiar with the terms listed above.
