Customer Relations Advisor

Our client, a leading Retail Company based in Euston, are looking to recruit a Customer Relations Advisor to improve the standard of their inbound Customer Service team.

Working in a team of 4, you will be responsible for fielding in excess of 50 daily inbound calls from both internal Consultants and external clients, and be expected to represent the Company in the best possible light. You will be dealing with queries including stock control, order placements and general product information, and also be expected to handle customer complaints as well.

Given that you will be acting as the first point of contact, it is vital that you have an articulate telephone manner and have worked in an inbound telephony position previously. No specific Retail industry knowledge is required, but the ability to work under pressure is essential.
