Local Contact Centre Consultant
A position has arisen to join the Local Contact Centre team as a consultant. This is a varied role which provides superior client services to new and existing clients in relations to our cash suit of products, as well as actioning back office functions on a daily basis. There is a strong service ethic in the role with a high focus on attention to detail and getting it right the first time for our clients and advisers.
Key Responsibilities in this role fall into two areas;
Front Office
- Service new and existing clients over the counter in relation to their daily banking needs for our Cash suite of products as well as superannuation product queries
- Seek solutions to meet client needs. Where solutions are not forthcoming, alternatives to be identified or escalated where appropriate
Back Office
- Opening and sorting of incoming mail
- Scan client requests to workflow queues for actioning where appropriate
- Reading cheques written on Macquarie Cash Management Accounts (CMA)'s for accuracy and to minimise fraud
- Finalising cheque requests and distributing as appropriate
- Actioning manual deposits
- Actioning outbound mail items
- Performing lookups on historical items where additional clarification is needed
- Actioning end of day balancing for Super and Cash
It is a very team oriented environment with 5 consultants rotating reception and back office duties.
Success in this role;
- Funds Management, Financial Services and/or Banking experience
- Superior Client service experience dealing directly with clients
- Strong attention to detail
- RG146 Compliant - or willing to complete study
