Localisation Business Development Manager

Responsible for the development of new clients in the assigned markets and fields. Establish sales strategies to achieve the expected sales target; contributes to the maintenance of good relationship with clients.
Responsibilities

• Identify big potentials, engage clients, build relationships and close deals to attain the sales goals and profitability;
• Create sales strategy and cooperate with the whole sales team to develop new clients;
• Coordinate with the production operations to ensure smooth project implementation;
• Maintain long-term close relationships with key accounts and improve client satisfaction;
• Participate in marketing activities to promote the company and build brand reputation.
Qualifications:
Skills
• At least 2-3 years of business development experience in localization/translation industry with strong client base;
• Proven track record of achieving ambitious sales targets and attaining large projects from multinational companies;
• Proven ability to develop strong relationships with clients;
• Aggressive and goal-driven, highly responsible and keen insight to identify the potentials;
• Extensive experience in all aspects of Clients Relationship Management;
• Solid presentation, communication, and phone conversation skills;
• A go-getter who is enterprising and passionate in achieving assigned goals;
