Logistics Co-ordinator recruitment
The Position:
As a Logistics Coordinator you will manage the sales and purchase contracts, ensuring maximum returns to the group. This is a key role where you will be required to maintain and develop strong relationships with international customers and suppliers and internal / external service providers on a professional level at all times. You will support the traders with managing customers, suppliers, shipping companies and service providers. You will manage contract schedules and look to continuously improve internal processes in order to increase efficiencies and decrease risks to the group.
Your Profile:
The successful candidate will be experienced in foreign trade contracts and shipping documents, ideally in agricultural/other commodities. You will need to demonstrate resilience in your approach to your work and our team as this is a newly created Trading desk – so you must be able to face the day to day challenges of a new venture. You will have extremely strong planning and problem solving skills and be able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both in German and English are vital.
