London, UK based – Senior Equity Structurer recruitment
The Role:
- You will take a senior position on the desk and work on derivative solutions and provide investment solutions for European clients
- Develop multiple strategies for retail, private banking and institutional clients both equity and cross-asset which lead to significant revenue
- Take the lead in deal execution, working with legal, compliance and documentation, pricing and delivery via indices/funds/notes/certificates/swaps
- Structure and market tailor-made product solutions for institutional, private banking and retail clients.
- Liaise with sales force on targeting new client base
- Liaise with lawyers on documentation and procedures for issuance and listing of structured products and funds
- Structure, price and design equity hybrid derivatives products for our trading team and sales forces
- Development of pricing/ optimization tools for product structuring and internal sales channels
The Candidate
- Fluency in English is essential with ideally a European language
- Highly desirable to have experience of the London financial market covering European clients
- Essential to have a strong track record in Equity Derivative structuring or trading
- Some Knowledge of hybrids would be desirable
- Ideal candidate will have considerable experience in pricing/ idea generation/ back testing of various fixed income exotics
- My client is looking to ideally hire an AD/ VP/Director level (Senior Structurer)
