Long/Short Equity Analyst
Based in the West End this Multi Billion fund has been out-performing its peers for a number of years. Assets have been stable but over the past year have entered a steep upward curve. Hence there is now the need to bring on one or possibly two seasoned Hedge Fund equity analysts. In terms of profile you will be a very well educated conviction based analyst who over the past ten years has been successfully identifying investment opportunities irrespective of market conditions. Although you may have begun your career on the Sell-side it’s important that the last four or five years have been spent in a long/short environment.
The environment is heavily team orientated so interpersonal skills and the ability to be a team player will carry similar weight to your stock picking skills. Once people join this fund , they tend to stay.
