We are currently recruiting a Loyalty Perceptual Scale Manager, who will be responsible for the thought leadership, delivery and execution for bankwide Loyalty and Perceptucal Scale activities.
Some of the key responsibilities:
- The design, delivery and ongoing evaluation of the future Bank wide Rewards Strategy
- The delivery, execution and ongoing evaluation of the current and future strategic Perceptual Scale Strategy
- Managing and overseeing Perceptual Scale events
- Executing and delivering against Plans
- Managing and tracking regional metrics
- The delivery, execution and ongoing evaluation of the future Competitive Advantage framework
Experience/ Qualifications required:
- University undergraduate degree in marketing or business (preferred)
- Previous experience in marketing, campaign management and/or sales in Financial services or similar
- Understanding of loyalty, CRM marketing and direct marketing
- Experience in working with creative agencies
- Ability to work with a team and independently
- Strong organisational ability and project management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent numerical skills
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Strong team player who can function well in a fast paced and fluid commercial environment
