We currently have an exciting temporary opportunity with the possibility of going direct for a Residential R/ E Paralegal for a small firm with large volume work in Weston. The ideal candidate must have worked as a Residential Real Estate paralegal and have handled files from inception to close. Closing experience is not a must. Additionally, be a roll up your sleeves type of individual the group and environment is dynamic. Ideal candidate will have 2+years of solid residential real estate experience. Must be well-versed in all aspects of title tasks associated with real estate practice; be able to work independently as well as part of an excellent team. Must be extremely organized, attention to details, professional and accustomed to interacting with clients at all levels. Must know ATIDS and DOUBLE TIME. MUST SPEAK SPANISH Hours are flexible: either 9:30 AM to 5:30PM or 10 AM to 5 or 5:30. This can be a full time or part time position for the right candidate.
