Luxury Retail Sales Associate Job in Miami 33131, Florida US

Extensive knowledge of store products and services.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Ability to drive business through the development and maintenance of customer relationships.
Processes sales completing all associated tasks and paperwork.
Manages special orders and customer service issues.
Maintain relationships with customers through thank you letters and phone calls, birthday and holiday cards, etc.
Prepare store for opening and closing, including putting merchandise out, pulling merchandise at close of business, and basic tidying/cleaning.

Requirements:

· College degree.

· 2-5 years of high-end luxury retail sales or hospitality experience, jewelry and watch experience a plus.

· Ability to solve problems and learn new skills.

· Fluent in English and Spanish, written and verbal, Portuguese and Italian a plus.

· Highly organized with the ability to multitask while maintaining a strong attention to detail.

· Comfort with financial transactions.

· Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
