M&A Associate Consumer recruitment
I’m currently recruiting for a corporate finance boutique who is looking for a senior Associate to join them. They have a very strong reputation in the Consumer sector and focus mainly on UK and Ireland deals. They had a very good last year and have already closed several deals in 2012. The busy team needs another pair of hands on the senior Associate level.
The role will include all parts of the transaction process. You will be reporting directly to the Partner in the team.
They are now looking for an Associate to join them. Applicants must have:
- Previous experience with UK MA deals
- 5-7 years experience in corporate finance with a bank
- Strong business acumen
- Excellent understanding of the UK financial market
- Strong modelling skills
- Previous experience in management
- EU passport or Tier 1 UK Visa
