M&A Associate – Infrastructure & Utilities recruitment
This division focus on MA advisory mandates across EMEA with live deals currently in Kazakhstan, Spain and Ireland. Due to a very strong pipeline of transactions there is a genuine need to increase the execution capacity of the team at the analyst and associate level.
The successful candidate must have strong MA execution experience from a recognised investment bank ideally within a related sector such as infrastructure, transport, utilities, power, energy etc. Candidates from the Big 4 firms will be considered if you have lead advisory or business modelling experience. Candidates must possess strong financial modelling skills.
