You will be working in this capacity here in HK and demonstrate the following competencies:
- Proven deal experience and deal coverage in Insurance, reinsurance / Financial Institutions
- Ability to originate, lead and execute a deal.
- Petrochemicals or oil and gas experience is also plus
- If not MA group then part of a bulge bracket or 2nd tier IB Private Equity team
- Outstanding modelling and valuations skills
- Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Demonstrated transactions list and ideally well networked in HK / PRC / APAC
- Lots of ambition, belief and will to succeed in a highly competitive environment.
