M&A Healthcare Analyst
Our client, a leading specialist boutique operating in the Life Sciences space, is currently seeking to take on an Analyst. This role will provide support to both the origination and execution of deals whilst offering excellent client and senior management exposure.
Responsibilities will include:
Origination execution of corporate finance transactions in the Life Sciences sector
Providing industry and sector research, company valuations and financial modelling.
Preparing presentations for clients, investors and wider investment community.
Due to the nature of the work, to be considered candidates must possess a background in healthcare/life sciences either through experience or education. Candidates will have very strong analytical skills and a good knowledge of valuation/modelling techniques developed within a reputable investment bank or accountancy practice.
