M&A Senior Associate
Our client is a highly-rated leading corporate finance firm with a very strong reputation in the market and excellent dealflow. They are currently seeking an exceptional Senior Associate to join their MA team. This is a highly-regarded and successful firm operating in the UK mid-market space. This role will focus on origination and execution, building strong relationships with clients and leading the expansion of the business.
Responsibilities include:
Deal origination and execution
Demonstrating good understanding of all corporate finance transaction and valuation methodologies to support and advise clients.
Negotiating deal issues on behalf of clients
Reviewing financial modelling and quantitative analysis
To be considered, candidates will ideally display outstanding academics, a proven record of achievement within a top-tier investment bank and corporate finance experience. Candidates must be well-versed in presentation and execution. Successful candidates will be rewarded with an exciting opportunity to progress within a well-respected team with excellent exposure to senior management.
