M&A Project Adviser (Director Level)
Our client is a Financial Services Consultancy. They work closely with a number of leading international institutions.Through their client network they have been presented with a excellent acquisition project. As such they have a requirement for an experienced MA professional to guide them and their client through the transaction.
Although this is a short term project, maybe lasting only 2 months it would not be unreasonable to think that there maybe more similar project style opportunities beyond this one and linked to the consultancy.
This will be an advisory style project with a strategic outlook and high level review and assessment required. You will have experience of MA activity in the UK and Western Europe across multiple industry sectors. You will understand valuation, macro economic analysis, financial impact, transaction structuriung and documentation in such situations.
We believe this may suit someone currently inbetween employment or maybe someone far more experienced, possibly having taken voluntary redundancy.
