M&A role for newly qualified ACA in a top corporate finance hou recruitment
They are looking for a recent ACA qualifier who has the skills and know-how to smoothly make the move from a practice firm into corporate finance and MA. They seek a very strong candidate who will be able to lend themselves not only to the techniques of running an MA transaction but also have very strong client relationship skills.
The individual must have all of the following in order to apply.
• Recent ACA qualifier from one of the top ten accountancy houses
• Excellent academics with a 2.1 (or equivalent) from a top rated University
• At least one year's transaction services or corporate finance experience.
• Strong Modelling skills (LBO, DCF, valuations)
• A clear and demonstrable interest in Corporate Finance/MA - you should be able to explain why you suit a career in this field
• Eligible to work in the UK.
