M&A Senior Manager recruitment
This large iconic australian corporate (ASX top 50) has an active MA agenda both offshore and locally they have a track record of exceptional staff development and a strong culture, as a result of an internal move they now seek an exceptional individual ready to move in house.
In this role you will work closely with senior management to evaluate the existing business portfolio and a pipeline of investment and divestment opportunites to ensure shareholder value is maximised and support the groups strategic direction.
This role is hands on in the day to day management of complex acquisitions and divestments running a range of projects working closely and collaboratively as a key member of the team and will involve management and selection of external advisors structuring transactions and oversee the design and build of valuation models and participate actively in the negotiation process.
As the ideal candidate for this role you possess 7-10 years experience in corporate development or at a leading Investment Bank or top tier chartered accounting firm or consulting firm. Post graduate quals such as MBA, CFA, SIA or Masters of Finance will be well regarded as are your demonstrable analytical and reasoning capabilities and presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
This role will involve some international travel to assess targets.
