M&A Tax Structuring Senior Manager recruitment
This leading global financial services organization with a highly respected fund management business is looking to hire a Senior Manager from the Big 4 with relevant Private Equity or Infrastructure Funds tax advisory experience.
Following promotion of the current jobholder, this role will report to the Head of Tax for the Fund Management business and be part of a team of 11 in London. The specific responsibilities of the role will be to provide tax input to the Private Equity and Infrastructure funds businesses. The role will provide tax advice on the full life-cycle of funds including; raising capital for new funds, transaction, exit structure and closure of funds. This role will have significant involvement on structuring and advising.
You will need to be ACA/CTA qualified and be an experienced Tax Senior Manager in the Big 4. Experience of MA tax advice for private equity groups will be required.
