Work under direct supervision to perform support tasks such as sorting and delivering mail to/from workstations or departments.  

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

·         Process incoming mail

·         Process outgoing mail using appropriate mailing equipment, using facsimile

·         Photocopy and collate documents

·         Operate office equipment (copier, fax machine, letter opener, etc.)

 

Job Accountabilities:

 

·         Open, sort, categorize, batch and count claims mail

·         Process and copy “Physical Evidence”

·         Copy mail as needed

 

Education and Work Experience:

 

·         High school diploma or the equivalent

·         1 or more years of related experience

·         General insurance knowledge helpful (but not necessary)
