About the Job
The Kamson Corporation, a Top NJ Property Management Company, seeks full time Maintenance Supervisor for our community in Ocean County. New Jersey. Ideal candidate must have at least five years supervisory experience and strong leadership skills. We are looking for a take charge person who can meet deadlines while dealing with different personalities. Must have knowledge of plumbing, electrical, apartment renovation, appliance repairs, boilers and snow removal. Driver License and vehicle a must on-call rotation. Black Seal License required.
