Description:
Design Group Staffing Inc. is pleased to partner with our client in their search for a Residential Maintenance Worker. The successful candidate will work as part of a small team of maintenance handymen. They are responsible for the internal and external maintenance of a large portfolio of rental units. The ideal candidate will be reliable and presentable, and have strong hands on skills, particularly in light plumbing.
Responsibilities:
· Follow preventative maintenance schedules and work orders as assigned.
· Plumbing, filter changes, minor mechanical, light carpentry, other maintenance duties as assigned.
· Completing other maintenance projects as assigned.
Description:
· Full time weekdays, shared and paid on call rotation.

Qualifications:
· Skilled trade certification (plumbing background preferred) and/or equivalent experience in residential maintenance
· Professional demeanor and presentation
· Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team
