Management Accountant / Bookkeeper
My client based in Milton Keynes has a new permanent job for a Management Accountant / Book Keeper who is responsible for the German accounting process. This is a excellent job for someone who enjoys a varied job and has a knowledge of working with Germany.
This job is busy and fast paced and you are involved in the sales and purchasing process, bank reconciliations, petty cash, payroll, travel expenses, month end closing and reporting, forecasting, statutory reporting, audit and taking responsibility for the German accounting.
This job would suit someone who is fluent in German, however they are happy to look at people who are at conversational level or someone who has worked with German accounts in the past and is able to converse well enough to ensure the job is well done. You will need to have a solid background in accounting and be comfortable in management accounting and month end procedures.
