Our client has a job for a part time accounts clerk/bookkeeper due to department restructure. This position will report directly into and support the Company Accountant.

Primary responsibility of this position will be to maintain the Accounts Payable function and assist the senior accountant with all aspects of commercial accounting. The accounts clerk will also be responsible in assisting the senior accountant with the maintenance of company financial records.

Experience with
- Accounts Payable (preferably in a stand alone role)
- Month end tasks
- Preparing monthly payment runs
- Liaising with suppliers and dealing with their queries
- Assist with credit control as required
- Staff expenses
- Prepayment Journals

Previous experience and working knowledge of Epicor system would be highly advantageous to this position.
